Online Booking: Clients can schedule a cleaning service through our website by completing the online booking form. The form will request details such as the type of service required (residential or commercial), preferred date and time, location, and any specific cleaning needs. 2. Email Booking: Clients may also book services by sending an email to contact@immaculatespacescleaning.com with the necessary details. Our team will respond within 24 hours to confirm availability and finalize the booking. 3. Confirmation: Upon receiving a booking request, Immaculate Spaces Cleaning, LLC will send a confirmation email within 24 hours. This email will include the service details, date and time, assigned cleaning team, and any other pertinent information. 4. Service Agreement: First-time clients will receive a service agreement outlining the terms and conditions of our services. This agreement must be reviewed and signed electronically prior to the first scheduled cleaning. 5. Recurring Services: Clients who wish to schedule recurring cleaning services (weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly) can do so through the online booking form or by email. Recurring services are subject to availability and will be confirmed in writing. Modifications to Booking 1. Changes: Clients may request changes to their booking (e.g., rescheduling, adding services) by emailing contact@immaculatespacescleaning.com. Requests should be made at least 48 hours in advance of the scheduled service time. 2. Confirmation of Changes: All modifications are subject to availability and will be confirmed via email.
